Kick off the summer by joining us at SCBWI Metro-NY's first METRO MIXER, an inspiring evening of informal schmoozing & fun with fellow SCBWI members & friends, pool, darts, raffles, critique group sign-up sheets, Q&A, suggestion box, and yes... THERE WILL BE SWAG! From 6 to 8-ish pm, at The Galway Hooker, 7 East 36th Street, NY, NY.
Pitch Fest
An agent will review picture book dummy pitches left here (link to kidlitart) in the comments section, between now and midnight Eastern time tonight.
"The agent (whose name will be revealed at the close of the contest) will pick her top three. The winning author/illustrators will be invited to send her their dummies for detailed critiques."
